JNF-074 POWER FILTER BOARD FOR Z200 MITSUBISHI DRIVE
OVERVIEW
The JNF-074 board is a power supply filter. It is designed as an isolaton / noise filter for the TRAK DRIVE (tm ) boards. The JNF-074 allows up to 100 ma. at 23.5 volts of power to be drawn from any Mitsubishi Z-200 drive. The JNF-074 is slightly smaller then the JNF-076 but the terminal blocks are located such that it may be used in the place of the JNF-076 without rewiring a panel. It has a socket for the 220 volt input power connector. There are no connections to that socket.
INPUTS
TB1 L1, L2, L3, L4, F1, F2
This connector acts as a terminal block but the board doesn't use these connections.
TB3 + -
Power is taken from the drives option board connector. The cable used to connect the inverter to the JNF-074 should be twisted and should not be run next to 110, 220, or 440 volt wiring.
OUTPUT
TB2 OUT1 + -, OUT2 +
There are no connections made to the center two terminals. The far left terminal labeled + has +23.5 volts and the far right terminal labeled - has -23.5 volts. The output is rated as follows for 24 V.D.C. at 100 ma.
POWER DISSIPATION
Power dissipation is 200 mw.
SIZE
This board is designed to fit a 4 inch snap track. It is 4 inches wide and designed for up to 50 degrees C.
